Development Corporation Senior Lien Sales Tax Revenue Bonds, Taxable Series 2021; approving
a Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement, a Project Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement;
approving an Official Statement; and approving other matters related thereto.

G.1 Consider Executive Session as authorized by §551.087, Government Code, to deliberate the offer
of a financial or other incentive to business prospects considering Round Rock as a location for
new businesses that would bring economic development to the City.
