TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first floor of City
Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on July 8, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. by the City Council. Interested
parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony regarding proposed amendments to the Code of
Ordinances City of Round Rock, Texas, 2018, Part III — Zoning and Development Code to revise Section 2-93 -
Accessory Uses and Home Occupations to allow for the creation of mobile food establishment parks at public and
private education facilities, corporate office campuses, business/industrial parks, and municipal parks and recreation
facilities. The proposed amendment also allows homeowners association-owned common areas to host mobile food
establishments and clarifies the permitting requirements for long-term and short-term mobile food establishment
permits.
