County for the May 1, 2021 General Election.
G.4 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Real Estate Contract with Spirit Master
Funding X, LLC for the purchase of a 0.119-acre tract of land required for construction of Gattis
School Road.
G.5 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Real Estate Contract with DJK Round
Rock Management, L.L.C. and PCK Round Rock Management, L.L.C. for the purchase of a
0.161-acre tract of land required for construction of Gattis School Road.
G.6 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement for Pass -Through

J.1 Consider Executive Session as authorized by §551.071 Government Code, related to consultation
with Attorney regarding pending litigation, to wit: SOAH Docket No. 473-18-1422.WS / PUCT
Docket No. 48836, Paloma Lake Municipal Utility District No. 1, et al appealing the ratemaking
actions of the City of Round Rock.

consultation with the City Attorney regarding potential legal issues with the Economic

ordinance may be dispensed with by an affirmative vote of all the City Council members present.
