F.1 Consider a presentation and department update from Sports Management and Tourism.
G. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
GA Consider approval of the minutes for the August 12, 2021 City Council meeting.
H. RESOLUTIONS:
HA Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Reimbursement Agreement with Union
Pacific Railroad Company regarding the Quiet Zone-Phase 2 Proiect.

H.2 Consider a resolution authorizing the renewal of the City's Long Term Disability Policy with
Madison National Life Insurance Company, Inc.for the period of January 1, 2022 through
December 31, 2024.
H.3 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Application for Group Flexible
Purchase Payment Deferred Fixed Indexed Annuity Contract related to the City's Government
457 (b) Deferred Compensation Plan.
HA Consider a resolution consenting to the Partial Assignment of Consent and Development
Agreement by Meritage Homes of Texas, LLC to Tri Pointe Homes Texas, Inc.
H.5 Consider a resolution consenting to the annexation of land into Round Rock Municipal Utility
District No. 2.
H.6 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a First Amendment to Consent and
Development Agreement with Cressman Enterprises, LP, et al. and Round Rock Municipal Utility
District No. 2.
H.7 Consider a resolution approving and adopting Financial Policies related to the budget for FY
2021-22.

1.1 Consider public testimony regarding, and an ordinance adopting the FY 2021-2022 Annual

1.2 Consider public testimony regarding,and an ordinance adopting the 2021 Property Tax Rate for
the City of Round Rock. (First Reading)(Reguires Two Readings)
1.3 Consider an ordinance rezoning 110.54 acres located on the south side of E. Palm Valley
Boulevard and west of S. Kenney Fort Boulevard from the BP(Business Park)zoning district to
the PUD (Planned Unit Development) No. 132 zoning district. (First Reading Only)
