That the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, a municipal corporation situated in the Counties
of Travis and Williamson, State of Texas("Releasor"), with mailing address of221 East Main Street, Round
Rock, Texas 78664, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/I00 Dollars (S 10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration paid by HIGHTOWER FOUNDATION REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT,
LLC, a Texas limited liability company, whose address is 9900 Spectrum Drive, Austin, Texas, 78717, the
receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby ABANDON, RELEASE and
DISCHARGE the below -described public utility easement, to -wit:
Being all of that 10 foot public utility easement that runs along the northerly and easterly
line of Lot I, Block A, as shown on plat of amended Sam Bass 7, a subdivision recorded
in Cabinet H, Slide 50, Plat Records, Williamson County, Texas, same being that certain
High Tower Foundation Real Estate Investments, LLC 3.30 acre tract recorded in
Document No. 2019016568, Official Public Records, Travis County, Texas, said 10 foot
public utility easement to be released from said Lot I, Block A, being more particularly
described in Exhibit "A," attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference for all
purposes,
This instrument is given specifically to release the described said easements to the extent Releasor
is Grantee of said easement, which easement is terminated by abandonment, termination, vacation, and
cessation of purpose, and which said easement will be of no further effect, whether legal or equitable.
