(DC 9.22.21), FASELER(8)--electric easement location exhibit (DC 9.22,21) Department: Utilities & Environmental Services Text of Legislative File CM-2021-252 The Brushy Creek Regional Utility Authority (BCRUA) is in the process of acquiring easements necessary for the construction of an electrical line that is required in order to provide power to the future pump station for the Phase 2 Deep Water Intake project. The electric facilities are owned and maintained by Pedernales Electric Cooperative (PEC), and the City has agreed to transfer the acquired easements to PEC as each phase of construction is ready to begin. The City obtained this electrical easement for the BCRUA project and is now in the process of transferring the associated easement rights to PEC.
