That the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, a municipal corporation situated in the Counties
ofTravis and Williamson, Stale of Texas ("Releasor"), with mailing address of 221 East Main Street, Round
Rock, Texas 78664, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration paid by ,ISL NORTH INVESTMENTS, LLC, a Texas limited liability
company, whose address is 6504 West Courtyard Drive, Austin, Texas 78730, the receipt and sufficiency
of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby ABANDON, RELEASE and DISCHARGE a portion of the
Wastewater Easement recorded as Document No. 2021038408 of the Official Public Records of Williamson
County, Texas, encumbering the below -described property, to -wit;
Being a 0.03 acre tract, prepared by Delta Survey Group, Inc., for easement purposes
only, in September 2021, located in the H. Millard Survey, Abstract No. 452, in
Williamson County, Texas, and being a portion of the remainder of a called 168.558 acre
tract conveyed to JSL North Investments, LLC., in Document No. 2017057905, Official
Public Records, Williamson County, Texas; said 0.03 acre tract being more fully
described by Metes and Hounds and sketch attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and
incorporated herein by reference for all purposes.
This instrument is given specifically to release the described said portion of the easement to the
extent Releasor is Grantee of said easement, which easement is partially terminated by abandonment,
termination, vacation, and cessation of purpose, and which portion of said easement will be of no further
effect, whether legal or equitable.

The City Utility Department hereby approves the Vacation in its easement areas on the subject
property upon the following conditions:
1. The City or any utility company having authority to use the easement shall not be liable
for repair or replacement of any private structures within the easement
in the event that they are moved, damaged, or destroyed by virtue of the lawful use of
the easement
2. Owner(s) shall be responsible for any costs associated with the removal or damage of
private structures encroaching into the easement area
3. Owner(s) are responsible for verifying that no conflict exists with existing utilities prior
to installation
4. The City shall have no responsibility to maintain any private structures within the
easement
5. This Agreement shall run with the land and shall be recorded against the title to the
subject property
