TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
Notice is hereby given of public hearings to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first floor of
City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on October 28, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. by the City
Council. Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearings.
The purpose of the hearings is to consider public testimony concerning the requests filed by Jones &
Carter, Inc., on behalf of the property owner, 2735 SAW Grimes LLC. The following actions will be considered:
1.) Annexation of 9.24 acres of land and approximately 1.30 acres of the adjacent right-of-way of A.W.
Grimes Blvd into the City of Round Rock. 2.) Original zoning of the subject 9.24-acre tract to a PUD (Planned
Unit Development) to be known as AW Grimes Townhomes PUD. Case Nos. AN2109-001 and ZON2108-003
Legal Description: The subject tract consists of 9.24 acres, more or less, out of the M. Hunt Survey. Field
notes further describing this development tract are available for inspection in the City of Round Rock
Planning and Development Services Department, 301 W. Bagdad, Suite 210, Round Rock, Texas.
Land Use Proposal: Single family attached residential units on a common lot (duplexes)
Location: South of Louis Henna Blvd and east of S AW Grimes Blvd
