and valuable consideration paid by PENLEY PARK DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, INC., whose

of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby ABANDON, RELEASE and DISCHARGE a portion of the
Public Utility Easement recorded as Document No. 2021039780 of the Official Public Records of
Williamson County, Texas, encumbering the below -described property, to -wit:
Being a certain tract situated in Lot 1, Block A, Minor Plat of Lot I, Block A, Ridge Rise
Village Subdivision, an addition to the City of Round Rock, Texas, recorded under
Instrument No. 2021039780 of the Official Public Records in Williamson County, Texas,
being a portion of a 10 feet wide casement reservation described in Volume 693, of the
Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas; the subject tract, surveyed by JPH Land
Surveying, Inc., is more particularly described by description and sketch attached hereto
as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference for all purposes.
This instrument is given specifically to release the described said portion of the easement to the
extent Releasor is Grantee of said easement, which easement is partially terminated by abandonment,
termination, vacation, and cessation of purpose, and which portion of said easement will be of no further
effect, whether legal or equitable.

The purpose of this request is to release the referenced easement, or portion thereof, as described in
Exhibit A, attached to this letter. The reason for this request is:
A partial release to the 10' P.0 E located
around the property. The proposed improvements to the site will be constructing a drainage channel in the
section of easement that is proposed to be released.
After a thorough examination, the respective suppliers of utility service have no objection to this proposal

The purpose of this request is to release the referenced easement, or portion thereof, as described in
Exhibit A, attached to this letter. The reason for this request is:
A release to the IV P.U.E located
around the property. The proposed improvements to the site will be constructing a drainage channel in the
easement that is proposed to be released. The easement release is contingent on the approval of the new
easement (replacing the one that is being abandoned, parallel to the Gattis School Road right-of-way line.).
After a thorough examination, the respective suppliers of utility service have no objection to this proposal
