WHEREAS, §6.03(k) Texas Property Tax Code provides for the governing body of each
taxing unit to cast votes for individuals nominated for the Williamson Central Appraisal District Board
of Directors, and
WHEREAS,the City of Round Rock is entitled to 210 votes which may be cast for individuals
nominated for the Board of Directors, and
WHEREAS,the City Council wishes to cast its 210 votes as set forth below,Now Therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,TEXAS,
That the Council hereby casts its votes as follows:
1. Atkinson,Joshua votes
2. Gibbs, Harry votes
3. Hisle-Piper, Hope votes
4. Lux,Jon votes
5. Moses, Mason 70— votes
6. Weber, Lora �0 votes
The City Council hereby finds and declares that written notice of the date, hour, place and
subject of the meeting at which this Resolution was adopted was posted and that such meeting was
open to the public as required by law at all times during which this Resolution and the subject matter
hereof were discussed, considered and formally acted upon, all as required by the Open Meetings Act,
Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, as amended.
