CITY OF ROUND ROCK ) STATE OF TEXAS } } COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON ) COUNTY OF TRAVIS ) KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS: This Supplemental Agreement No. I to "City of Round Rock Agreement for Professional Consulting Services related to Audit Support of Streetlight System with Tanko Streetlighting, Inc.," hereinafter called the "Supplemental Agreement No. 1," is made by and between the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, a Texas home -rule municipality, whose offices are located at 221 East Main Street, Round Rock, Texas 78664-5299, hereinafter called "City," and TANKO STREETLIGHTING, INC., whose offices are located at 220 Bayshore Boulevard, San Francisco, California 94124 hereinafter called "Consultant." WHEREAS, City and Consultant executed an "Agreement for Professional Consulting Services related to Audit Support of Streetlight System," hereinafter called the "Agreement" on June 24, 2021; and WHEREAS, the parties desire to extend the term of the Agreement as set forth herein; NOW THEREFORE, premises considered, and in consideration of the mutual promises and obligations in the Agreement and this Supplemental Agreement No. I, the City and Consultant agree as follows: 1. Section-.01, Effective Dare Duration. and Term, is amended to read as follows: A. This Agreement shall be effective on the date this Agreement has been signed by each party hereto, and shall remain in full force and effect unless and until it expires by operation of the term indicated herein. B. The term of this Agreement shall commence upon the effective date hereof and terminate on March 30, 2022. 879- 901.4538 ss2 II. This Supplemental Agreement No. 1 shall extend the original Agreement as to time and costs only as set forth herein, with no other changes in terms or conditions of the original Agreement. This Supplemental Agreement does not change the scope nor request additional funding. This request is to extend the duration of the work per the 9.0 Supplemental Clause of the existing contract. In 90% review of project it was determined that several areas that were under construction during initial data collection need a final data collection scan. The areas include the Vizcaya !Neighborhood; N Mays extension; Sable Oaks and Forest Creek Golf Club parking areas. The Scope of the contract is to conduct a comprehensive audit of the existing streetlight system in the City of hound Rock to include but not limited to location of all assets in the field, as well as the current condition; Global Positioning Service (GPS) coordinates (latitude, longitude) of each fixture location and date of capture; Fixture type; Lamp type and wattage; Pole material; mounting height; arm length; Pole ID number; pole; ownership (TxDot; CORR; Pedernales; Oncor; Georgetown; HOA etc.); maintenance responsibility and contact information. The data will provide the City of Round Rock with all Streetlight System information to assess the advantage and disadvantages of sole Ownership of the System, which could allow the city to have a central Cky of Round Rock Page 102 I 4 Agenda Item Summary Continued (CM-2022-023) location for City residents to submit a Streetlight outage report for all Streetlights in the City Limits of Round Rock. Oncor is currently performing its own Streetlight Audit in the City. This audit will provide City staff with data to verify the exact number and type of Streetlights that the city is paying in annual maintenance fees. The current annual cost for maintenance is $731,497.32 for approximately 5,604 streetlights. This does not include electricity costs.
