WHEREAS,the City of Round Rock ("'City") desires to purchase police vehicles,-, and
WHEREAS, the City is a member of the GoodBUY Purchasing Cooperative, a cooperative
purchasing program; and
WHEREAS, Silsbee ]lord is,an approved vendor of the GoodBuy Purchasing Cooperative; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to issue a purchase order to Silsbee lord for the purchase of
police vehicles, NowTheref'ore
13E IT RESOLVED 13V THE COUNCIL OF THE CITV OF ROIJND ROCK, TEXAS,
That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to issue a purchase order to Silsbee
Ford for the purchase ol.'police vehicles.
The City Council hereby finds and declares that written notice of the date, lio,ur, place and
subJect of the meeting at which this Resolution was adopted was posted and that such meeting was
open to the public as required by law at all times during which this Resolution and the Subject matter
hereof were discussed, considered and formally acted upon, all as required by the Open Meetings Act,
Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, as amended.
