The following determination of fees relates to the referenced project area as Hutto. Tx a condition of participation under the Plan. A review of the application and supporting documents has been conducted in accordance with the RHCP and the associated Lyl'cremes biological opinion. Accordingly, the Williamson County Conservation Foundation makes Cedar Park, TX the following determination as to this application: 1. The original fee for participation for the referenced project was $8,000.00 (Eight Thousand Eight Hundred and No Hundredths Dollars) representing the fee structure of the RHCP for the approximate 9.9t disturbance acres in relevant Edwards Limestone Joshua D Renner geological karst zones and being assessed at $1001acre rounded UP to the nearest acre, Secretary Environmental Program and a calculated fractional disturbance of a known, but previously Impacted habitat Manager feature at $7,000.00. Thus, 9.9 x $1001Acre rounded up = $1,000.00, PLUS a 26% fractional Impact to 2.8 acres of known habitat footprint = $7,000.00 (2.8 x $10,0001acre x .25) for a total of $8,000.00 and was paid 111712020. The addition of 21.5 acres to the project site for disturbances In relevant Edwards Limestone geological karst zone require an additional $2,200 (Two Thousand Two Hundred and No Hundredths Dollars). 2. Please notify this office as soon as possible - by email to josh.renner@wilco.org or by return mail to the address shown to the left below - of agreement to these participation terms. An accompanying cover memo will further explain the process. 4. A portion of the Participation Agreement ("Memorandum of Participation") must be filed in the deed records of Williamson County. The signed copy of the Participation Agreement should be returned to us. An administrative fee of $100 will be charged in addition to the Participation fees that will cover the cost of filing. If you wish to opt out of this fee and file the document independently from our office, please indicate below; contact this office for filing instructions. The roadway will be a new 4-lane divided arterial roadway with off-street shared use paths. The road will clear Hairy Man Road and Dry Fork creek as well as create a path that intersects with the existing hike and bike trail along Hairy Man Road. Environmental clearance and design are anticipated to be completed in 2022 with construction to begin in 2023. The City of Round Rock previously agreed to participate in the Williamson County Regional Habitat Conservation Plan for this project which is managed by the Williamson County Conservation Foundation. The City of Round Rock paid $8000.00 January 17, 2020 for the original impacted area in the relevant Edwards Limestone geological karst zones. During the design of the project and working with Williamson County, it has been decided to add 21.5 acres to the project site along Sam Bass Road which includes disturbances in relevant Edwards Limestone geological karst zones which requires an additional $2300.00 in fees.
