Economic Development Corporation meeting.

E.1 Consider a presentation regarding an Economic Development Compliance Report.
F. RESOLUTIONS:
FA Consider a resolution authorizing the filing of a loan application for financial assistance from the
State Infrastructure Bank for Gattis School Road Segment 3 project.
R2 Consider public testimony regarding,and a resolution approving,SDC Austin LLC as an
authorized Type B project and authorizing the President to execute an Economic Development
Incentive Agreement.
