Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first floor of City
Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock,TX, on January 12, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. by the Planning and Zoning
Commission. Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony regarding proposed amendments to the Code of
Ordinances City of Round Rock,Texas, 2018, Part III—Zoning and Development Code:
1) Section 2.26(a)regarding maximum building height for townhomes(TH).
2) Section 1,50 Definitions, and section 2,45 1-1 (Light Industrial) regarding sports training fadlifies/specialty
gyms.
