Public Notices - Regular Meeting - 12/16/2021 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO THE CITIZENS OF ROUND ROCK:
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with Title 12, Sections 505.159 and 505.160 of the
Local Government Code, a public hearing will be held in the City Council Chamber on the first
floor of the Round Rock City Hall, 221 East Main Street, Round Rock, Texas on Thursday, the 16'h
day of December 2021 at 4:00 p.m. by the Round Rock Transportation and Economic
Development Corporation.
The purpose of this hearing is to solicit public comment prior to the expenditures of Type B
sales tax funds of the Corporation in support of the following project: leasing of approximately
33,000 square feet of office space, investing at least $500,000 in improvements to facility and
creation of 150 jobs over three years by Kingsisle Entertainment, Inc.to be located in the City of
Round Rock.
