TO THE CITIZENS OF ROUND ROCK:
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held in the City Council Chamber on the first
floor of the Round Rock City Hall, 221 East Main Street, Round Rock, Texas on Thursday, the
18111 day of November 2021 at 6:00 p.m. by the Round Rock City Council.
The purpose of this hearing is to solicit public comment on the proposed changes to the Land
Use Assumptions and Capital Improvements Plan related to roadway impact fees.The proposed
changes to the Fee Study are to update the Service Area boundaries to the current City Limits
and modify the description of Project 3-21 to the Wallin Bradley alignment.The changes to the
Fee Study will not affect the Service Units or Cost Per Service Unit used in Roadway Impact Fee
Calculation, therefore will not affect the maximum rate,fee calculation or percentage rates
utilized in the Roadway Impact Fee.
