TO THE CITIZENS OF ROUND ROCK:
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held in the City Council Chamber on the first
floor of the Round Rock City Hall, 221 East Main Street, Round Rock, Texas on Thursday, the 231
day of July 2020 at 5:00 p.m. by the Round Rock Transportation and Economic Development
Corporation.
The purpose of this hearing is to solicit public comment on the proposal to consider funding a
proposed project described as follows: Northeast Downtown Improvements: dry utilities costs
estimated at$1,124,000;contingency costs estimated at$1,503,000;and the parking garage land
and construction costs estimated at$13,400,000.
