Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first floor of City
Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on April 6, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. by the Planning and Zoning
Commission. Interested parties mayappear and be heard atthe public hearing,
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by The Drenner Group,
PC, on behalf of property owner 599 S Mays LLC, to rezone 11.25 acres of land from the SF-2 (Single-Family —
Standard Lot) zoning district, Ll (Light Industrial), and C®1 (General Commercial) zoning districts to a Planned Unit
Development (PUD) to be known as Arte Round Rock PUD. The Planning and Zoning Commission may approve,
