Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first floor of City
Hall, 221 East Main Street In the Cly of Round Rock,TX, on April 14, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. by the City Council. Interested
parties may appear and be heard atthe public hearing.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by Kimley-Horn, on behalf
of the property owner, BLEVCO, LLC, to amend the Round Rock 2030 Comprehensive Plano designate for residential
land use and to rezone 8...49 acres of land from the C-1 (General Commercial) zoning district to the TH (Townhouse)
