TO ALLINTERESTED PARTIES:
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first floor of City
Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock,TX,on April 14, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. by the City Council. Interested
parties may appear and be heard atthe public hearing.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by the property owner,
SDC Austin LLC® to rezone 39,71 acres of land from the C-1 (General Commercial) zoning district to a Planned Unit
Development (PLID)to be known as SDC Austin PUD. The City Council may approve, modify, or deny this application.
