Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first floor of City
Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on April 6, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. by the Planning and Zoning
Commission, Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing,
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request by the City of Round Rock to
amend the Round Rock 2030 Comprehensive Plan to designate for mixed land use and to rezone 0.27 acres of land
from the SF-2 (Single Family Standard Lot) zoning district tote MU-R (Mixed-Use Redevelopment and all Lot)
zoning district. The Planning and Zoning Com fission may approve, modify, or deny this application. Case Nos.
