TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first floor of City
Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock,TX, on April 28, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. by the City Council. Interested
parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by Kiley-Horn,on behalf
of the property owner, Linda G. & John Reed, for the annexation and the original zoning of 31.17 acres of land to
Planned Unit Development to be known as the 8050 CR 110 PUD, and the annexation of 1.75 acres of CR 110 right of
way.The City Council may approve, modify, or deny this application. Case Nos.ZON2202-001 and AN2202-001
Legal Descripti2n.- The subject tract consists of 31.17 acres, more or less, out of the Robert McNutt Survey,Abstract
No. 422. Field notes further describing this development tract are available for inspection in the City of Round Rock
