TO THE CITIZENS OF ROUND ROCK:
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held in the City Council Chamber on the first floor
of the Round Rock City Hall, 221 East Main Street, Round Rock, Texas on Thursday, the 28th day of
April 2022 at 5:00 p.m. by the Round Rock Transportation and Economic Development Corporation.
The purpose of this hearing is to solicit public comment on the proposal to amend the
Transportation Capital Improvements Program (TCIP)to adjust funding for the following projects:
a) Increase the budget for Kenney Fort Segments 5 & 6 (Old Setters to University) project by
$2,500,000.00
b) Increase the budget for S Mays Corridor Improvements project by$1,250,000.00.
c) Add budget for new project Chisholm Trail South (Sam Bass Rd to Brushy Creek) by
$1,000,000.00.
d) Add budget for new project Eagles Nest (Chisholm Trail to Cypress) by$1,000,000.00.
e) Add budget for new project US 79 (IH 35 to East of AW Grimes) by$2,000,000.00.
This amendment to the TCIP budget results in an additional programming of Type B$7,750,000.00
