TO THE CITIZENS OF ROUND ROCK:
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with Title 12, Sections 505.159 and 505.160 of the
Local Government Code, a public hearing will be held in the City Council Chamber on the first
floor of the Round Rock City Hall, 221 East Main Street, Round Rock, Texas on Thursday, the 26th
day of May 2022 at 5:00 p.m. by the Round Rock Transportation and Economic Development
Corporation.
The purpose of this hearing is to solicit public comment prior to the expenditures of Type B
sales tax funds of the Corporation in support of the following project: Entering into an Economic
Development Incentive Agreement with Valex Corporation requiring them to invest a minimum
of$5,000,000 in Real Property Improvements and $7,000,000 in new equipment and Business
Personal Property into 60,000 SF of space at 120 East Old Settlers Blvd. at Crystal Park and
create 75 primaryjobs over five years.
