Any citizen wishing to speak during citizen communication regarding an item on or off the agenda may do so
after completing the required registration card.All comments must be no more than 3 minutes in length per
§2-26(b)(5), of the Round Rock Code of Ordinances, 2018 Edition. Any comments regarding items not on the
posted agenda may not be discussed or responded to by the City Council per state law.
E. PROCLAMATIONS, STAFF RECOGNITION AND SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS:
E.1 Consider Mayor's Special Recognition Award to Success High School student James Watson for
his valiant actions during the March 21, 2022 tornado in Round Rock.
F. STAFF PRESENTATIONS:
F.1 Consider a presentation and department update from the Transportation Department.
G. CONSENT AGENDA:
All items listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted
by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless requested by a Council member in
which event, the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered separately.
G.1 Consider approval of the minutes for the May 26, 2022 City Council meeting.
G.2 Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue a purchase order to Motorola
Solutions, Inc. for the purchase of communication equipment for the Police Department.
H. RESOLUTIONS:
H.1 Consider a resolution approving the submission of a grant application for FY 2022 Community
Project Funding
H.2 Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue a purchase order to ICOR Technology
Inc. for a SWAT robot.

H.3 Consider a resolution denying an application for approval of a rate change submitted by Oncor
Electric Delivery Company LLC and authorizing participation in proceedings at the Public Utility
Commission of Texas.
HA Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Interlocal Agreement with Williamson
County regarding cost sharing and related Wyoming Springs Extension Segment 1 project issues.
H.5 Consider a resolution approving City of Round Rock Policy for Selecting Local Legends as
recommended by the Historic Preservation Commission.
I. ORDINANCES:
1.1 Consider public testimony regarding, and an ordinance granting a partial tax exemption from ad
valorem taxes for certain qualified historically significant properties. (First Reading)*
1.2 Consider public testimony regarding, and an ordinance amending Zoning and Development
Code, Chapter 2, Article Vill, Section 2-91, Code of Ordinances (2018 Edition), regarding MU-1
district bar requirements. (First Reading)*
J. APPOINTMENTS:
J.1 Consider the appointment of a Municipal Judge to fill an expired term.
J.2 Consider the appointment of an Associate Municipal Judge to fill an expired term.
K. COUNCIL COMMENTS REGARDING ITEMS OF COMMUNITY INTEREST
L. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
L.1 Consider Executive Session as authorized by§551.071 Government Code relative to consultation
with the city's attorneys regarding pending litigation, to wit:Texas Disposal Systems, Inc. v. City
of Round Rock, et al, cause no. 22-0482-C395.
M. ADJOURNMENT
*Pursuant to the terms of Section 3.13 of the Round Rock Home Rule Charter, the second reading of this
ordinance may be dispensed with by an affirmative vote of all the City Council members present.
In addition to any executive session already listed above, the City Council for the City of Round Rock reserves
the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the
matters listed below, as authorized by Texas Government Code:
