That the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, a municipal corporation situated in the
Counties of Travis and Williamson, State of Texas ("Releasor"), with mailing address of 221 East
Main Street, Round Rock, Texas 78664, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and Noll00
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration paid by ERIK AND TIANA
WANSON, whose address is 3202 Misty Oaks Way, Round Rock, Texas 78665, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby ABANDON, RELEASE and
DISCHARGE the ten foot (10') Public Utility Easement located along the rear side of Lot 23,
Block F, Forest Ridge Phase 7B according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Cabinet P, Slide
146, Plat Records, Williamson County, Texas ("Easement"), as shown in Exhibits "A" and "B,"
attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes.
This instrument is given specifically to release only said easement, which said easement is
terminated by abandonment, termination, vacation, and cessation of purpose, and which said
easement will be of no further effect, whether legal or equitable.

This is an application to vacate a 10-foot wide PUE located along the rear property line. Section 10-33 o
Subdivision Ordinance allows a landowner to request the vacation of an easement established by an
approved plat or by separate instrument. The purpose of the requested vacation is to allow the homeowl
additional space for the construction of a pool. All rightsholders are agreeable to this release.
The City of Round Rock Utilities and Environmental Services Department has consented to the propose,
vacation.
Staff recommends approval of the easement vacation.
