On September 10, 2020, the City entered into a Work Authorization Contract with Freese and Nichols, Inc.
for $120,000. The purpose of this contract is to help evaluate and design stream stabilization and
restoration of creeks and channels with erosion issues.
The current contract is set to expire on September 10, 2022. An extension to the contract term is needed
to complete the current active projects under this contract. There are ample amount of funds still available
to be allocated for future projects so no additional funds need to be added at this moment. This
Supplemental Contract No. 1 will extend the contract term to September 11, 2023. Funding sources will
continue to be sourced from the 2014 Drainage Revenue Bonds, not to exceed the previously approved
$120,000 contract amount.
