THE CITY SECRETARY TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEAR- -

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK:
That Mr. John Pfluger has made a formal request that the City
of Round Rock take into its City Limits approximately the 50 acre
site west of Round Rock, South on Farm to Market Road 620.

ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES, SAID PROPERTY
BEING ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE PRESENT CITY LIMITS
AND BEING FULLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS HEREIN-
AFTER SET OUT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY. OF ROUND ROCK,
1.
That a petition filed by John A. Pfluger and Edgar W. Smith with
the Mayor of Round Rock, Texas on February 24, 1972 for annexation to
the City of Round Rock, Texas the hereinafter described property which
is contiguous and adjacent to the present City Limits, and upon which
less than three qualified voters reside, and upon which petition a
hearing was by the Mayor and City Council this day held, in hereby
granted.

That the hereinafter described property be, and the same is hereby,
annexed to the City of Round Rock, Texas, for municipal purposes and
that the present corporate limits of the City of Round Rock, Texas, are
hereby extended to embrace the said property and territory of two (2)
tracts of land, one being of 34.97 acres and another 14.44 acres, in
Williamson County, Texas, and being part of the J. M. Harrell Survey,
which is more particularly described by metes and

City of Round Rock, Texas shall in all respects be on equal footing
with the property owners shall be bound by the acts, ordinances, re-
solutions and regulations of the City of Round Rock.

That if any section, subsection, word, sentence or phrase of
this ordinance is held invalid, it shall not affect the remaining
part of this ordinance.

The City Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to file
a certified copy of this ordinance, together with a copy of such

this ordinance is held invalid, it shall not affect the remaining
partof- this ordinance.
