BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS: Section 1. On the 4th day of November , 1974, at 7:co o'clock in the City Council Chamber of the City Hall of the City of Round Rock, Texas, the City Council will hold a public hearing giving all interested persons the right to appear and be heard on the proposed annexation by the City of Round Rock, Texas of the following described property, to -wit: All that certain tract or parcel of land out of the Wiley Harris Survey, Williamson County, Texas, and being composed of that certain 1.37 acre tract described in a deed from S. Colley, et al, dated January 14, 1974, recorded in Volume 580, Page 709, Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas, said tract being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the most westerly S.W. corner of said 26.89 acre tract which point is opposite center line station 1293 plus 13 of IH No. 35. Thence along the east right of way line of the east frontage road of IH 35, N 11° 08' W, 315.41 feet and N 12° 51' W, 988.38 feet to a steel stake at the N.W. corner hereof. Thence N 83° 59' E, 839.65 feet to a steel stake in the west right of way line of U.S. 81; the N.E. corner hereof. Thence along said west right of way line, S 21° 54' E, 1017.26 feet to a steel stake at the S.E. corner of the above mentioned 1.37 acre tract. Thence S 43° 42' W, 336.9 feet, the S.W. corner of said 1.37 acres; and S 43° 07' W, 543.71 feet to a steel stake for the lower S. W. corner hereof. Thence N 550 50' W, 397.77 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. The Mayor of the City of Round Rock, Texas is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of such public hearing to be published once in a newspaper having general circulation in the city and in the above described territory not more than twenty days nor less than ten days prior to the date of such public hearing, all in accordance with the Municipal Annexation Act (Chapter 160, Acts of the 58th Legis- lature, Regular Session, 1963; compiled as 970a, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes.)
