"7 ii AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE "REVISED SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE" PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, IN MARCH OF 1970, BY AMENDING SUB - SECTION 6.202, PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, SECTION 6.10 AND SUB - SECTION 6.1103. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS: Sub - Section 6.202, Plans and Specifications, of the "Revised Sub- division Ordinance" passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Round Rock, Texas, in March of 1970, is hereby amended so as to read as follows: Section 6.202 Plans and Specifications: Plans and specifications for the required improvements shall be submitted to and approved by the City Council of the City of Round Rock, Texas, prior to the time the work on such improvements is commenced. Any improvements made shall be subject to the approval and acceptance of the City Council of the City of Round Rock, Texas. The subdivider shall pay the entire cost of street improve- ments. Curbs and gutters shall conform to Class A concrete in accordance with Texas Highway Department Standard Specifications. All streets shall be surfaced with one of the surface types indicated below: . Section 6.10, WATER SYSTEM, of the "Revised Subdivision Ordinance" passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Round Rock, Texas, in March of 1970, is hereby amended so as to hereafter read as follows: Section 6,10 WATER SYSTEM: The subdivider shall provide all water lines necessary to properly serve each lot of the subdivision and insure that existing and /or new water facilities can supply the required demand for domestic use and for fire protection at the desired pressure. The subdividers shall install all mains and shall extend the service to all ,Nn e-re6 bok. lots terminating thereon with a curb stop. The subdivider shall submit a certificate to the City Council of the City of Round Rock, Texas, certifying that the system has been designed in accordance with the requirements of the State Health Department, the City of Round Rock and rules of the Texas Insurance Commission. Sub - Section 6.1103 of the "Revised Subdivision Ordinance" passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Round Rock, Texas, in March of 1970, is hereby amended so as to hereafter read as follows: 6.1103. The subdivider shall submit a certificate to the City Council of the City of Round Rock, Texas, certifying that the sewer system has been approved by the State Department of Health, the County Health Officer and the City of Round Rock.
