HARRELL SURVEY, WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS, TO THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES, SAID PROPERTY BEING ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE PRESENT CITY LIMITS AND BEING FULLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS HEREINAFTER SET FORTH. Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Round Rock, Texas: WHEREAS, a petition was filed by a majority of the inhabitants and qualified voters of the said Bellview Subdivision with the Mayor and City Council of Round Rock, Texas, on October 4, 1973, for annexation to the City of Round Rock, Texas, the hereinafter described real property which is contiguous and adjacent to the present City Limits; and WHEREAS, a majority of the said inhabitants and qualified voters of the said Bellview Subdivision elected to become a part of the City of Round Rock, Texas, and voted in favor of the said City annex- ing the said Bellview Subdivision into the corporate limits of the City of Round Rock, Texas; and WHEREAS, said petition and an affidavit setting forth the facts concerning the election of the inhabitants and qualified voters of the said Bellview Subdivision were presented at a hearing of which the public was duly notified in accordance with the law, held by the Mayor and City Council on the 25th day of October, 1973, and'the City Council deeming it advisable to grant said petition, said petition for annexation is in all things granted. Walsch, Jr., by Viola Mays, et al, by deed recorded in Vol. 437, Page 118, Deed Records, Williamson County, Texas. BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of the above mentioned Bonham 20.4 acre tract, which point is in the South right of way line of the Missouri Pacific railroad and which is S. 871/2 deg. W. 793 vrs and N. 19 deg. W. 2460 vrs from the S. E. corner of said Harrell League.
