The undersigned, being each and every person or corporation having an
interest in the hereinafter described tracts of land, which are vacant and
without residents, hereby petition your honorable governing body to extend
the present city limits of the City of Round Rock, Texas, so as to include
as a part of said city, the following described tracts of land, to -wit:
TRACT I:
BEING 23.86 acres of land out of and a part of the Asa Thomas Survey,
Abstract No. 609, in Williamson County, Texas, and being all that real
property known as Kensington Place, Section 1, according to the map or
plat thereof recorded in Vol. 11, Page 75, Plat Records of Williamson
County, Texas, and being more particularly described on Exhibit "A" which
is attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes.
TRACT II:
BEING 13.97 acres of land out of and a part of the Jacob M. Harrell League,
Abstract No. 284, in Williamson County, Texas, and being all that real
property known as Chisholm Valley West, Section 1, according to the map
or plat thereof recorded in Vol. 11, Page 73, Plat Records of Williamson
County, Texas, and being more particularly described on Exhibit "B" which
is attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes.
TRACT III:
BEING 14.45 acres of land out of and a part of the Jacob M. Harrell League,
Abstract No. 284, in Williamson County, Texas, and being all that real
property known as Chisholm Valley West, Section 2, according to the map
or plat thereof recorded in Vol. 11, Page 77, Plat Records of Williamson
County, Texas, and being more particularly described on Exhibit "C" which
is attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes.
TRACT IV:
BEING 16.37 acres of land out of and a part of the Jacob M. Harrell League,
Abstract No. 284, in Williamson County, Texas, and being all that real
property known as Chisholm Valley, Section 4, according to the map or plat
thereof recorded in Vol. 11, Page 33, Plat Records of Williamson County,
Texas, and being more particularly described on Exhibit "D" which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes.
We hereby certify that the above - described real property is contiguous
and adjacent to the corporate limits of the City of Round Rock, Texas, and
the width of such real property at its narrowest point is at least five hundred
(500) feet or the corporate limits of the City of Round Rock, Texas, are
contiguous with the property on at least two (2) sides. Said above - described
real property is not more than one -half (1/2) mile in width.

hearing such petition and - the arguments for and against the same,
the City Council deems it advisable and in the best interests
of the City to grant such petition and to annex the territory to
the City of. Round Rock, Texas.

five hundred (500) feet in width at their narrowest point; and
WHEREAS, said petition was presented to the City Council in

WHEREAS, after holding a public hearing thereon and after
hearing such petition and the arguments for and against the same,
the City Council deems it advisable and in the best interests
of the City to grant such petition and to annex the territory to
the City of Round Rock, Texas.
