AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING 11.740 ACRES OF LAND OUT OF THE WILEY HARRIS
SURVEY, WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BELOW,
AND EXTENDING THE BOUNDARY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS,
SO AS TO INCLUDE SAID HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED PROPERTY WITHIN THE
CITY LIMITS AND GRANTING TO SAID TERRITORY AND TO ALL FUTURE
INHABITANTS OF SAID PROPERTY ALL OF THE RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES OF
OTHER CITIZENS AND BINDING SAID FUTURE INHABITANTS BY ALL OF THE
ACTS AND ORDINANCES OF SAID CITY.
WHEREAS, a petition for annexation has been duly signed and acknowledged
by each and every person and corporation having an interest in the following
described property, to -wit:
Being 11.740 acres of land out of an original tract of 100.40 acres
conveyed to Pringle Real Estate, Inc. by deed of record in Volume 659,
Page 650 of the Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas, and being a part
of Wiley Harris Survey, Abstract 298, and being more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set in the Southeast corner of Lot 20 of
Block B of DOVE CREEK SUBDIVISION, SECTION ONE, of record in Plat Book 6,
Pages 80 -81 of the Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas;
THENCE with the South line of a 75.06 acre tract conveyed to Tomanet
Development Co. by deed of record in Volume 498, Page 401 of the Deed Records
of Williamson County, Texas, North 89 deg. 42 min. 30 sec. East for 505.76
feet to an iron stake marking the Southeast corner of the aforesaid 75.06
acre tract;
THENCE with the East line of the previously mentioned 75.06 acre tract,
North 00 deg. 22 min. 30 sec. West for 318.61 feet to an iron stake for the
