THENCE, N 81° 45' W, a distance of 167.00 feet to an iron pin found; THENCE, N 42° 17' W, a distance of 220.88 feet to an iron pin found, said pin being in the north R.O.W. of U.S. Highway No. 79 and the east R.O.W. of County Road No. 115; 716 PAU.890 THENCE, S 89 50' W, a distance of 55.00 feet to R.O.W._ of County Road No. 115; THENCE, following the west R.O.W. of County Road of 3,436.15 feet to a point; THENCE, N 89 50' E, a distance of 54.02 feet to ing 159.43 acres of land, more or less, be and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Round Rock, Williamson County, Texas, and that the boundary - limits of the City of Round Rock, Texas, be and the . same are hereby extended to include the above described territory within the city limits of the City of Round Rook, Texas, and the same shall hereafter be included within the territorial limits of said City, and said land and the future inhabitants thereof shall hereafter be entitled to all rights and privi- leges of other citizens of the City of Round Rock, Texas, and shall be bound by the acts and ordiances of said City.
