TAIN BOUNDARY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,

CONSISTING OF 14 ACRES OF LAND, WHICH SAID
TERRITORY LIES ADJACENT
TO AND ADJOINS THE PRESENT BOUNDARY LIMITS OF
THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS.
Whereas, a public hearing before the City Council of the
City of Round Rock, Texas where all interested persons were
provided with an opportunity to be heard on the proposed annexation
of the following described property, to wit:
Beginning for a point of reference at a point located
at the Northeast corner of the 10 acre Warren G. King
tract described in Volume 395, Page 517 of the Deed
Records of Williamson County, Texas.
Thence S 70 °30' W, 889.22 feet along the existing
City Limit line to a point located on the eastern
Right -of -Way of U. S. Highway 81.
Thence S 3 ° 08' E, 472.35 feet along the existing City
Limit line to a 4 inch square concrete monument in
the east Right -of -Way Line of U. S. Highway No. 81
also being the Northwest corner of the 4 acre Horace
R. Leigh tract as described in Volume 439, Page 584
in the Record of Deeds of Williamson County, Texas.
Thence S 2 ° 34' E, 425.50 feet along the existing City
Limit line to a monument establishing the Southwest
corner hereof.
Thence N 71 W, 425.99 feet to a monument.

shall hereafter be included within the boundary limits of the

of such city, at the various points contiguous to the area
hereinafter described, are altered and amended so as to include
said area within the corporate limits of the City of Round
Rock, Texas, to wit:
