CITY OF ROUND ROCK, WIILIAMLSON COUNTY, TEXAS AND EXCEID=
THE BOUNDARY LIMITS OF SAID CITY SO AS TO INCLUDE SAID HERE-
INAMMEESCRIBED PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY LINNITS, AND GRANT-
ING TO SAID TERRITORY AND TO ALL FUTURE INHABITANTS OF SAID
PROPERTY ALL OF THE RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES OF OTHER CITIZENS
AND BINDING SAID FUTURE INHABITANTS BY ALL OF THE ACTS AND
ORDINANCES OF THE SAID CITY.
WHEREAS, a petition for annexation has been duly signed and acknowledged
by eacn and every person or corporation having an interest in the following de-
scribed territory, to wit:
Field Notes describing a portion of that certain tract of land
situated in Williamson County, Texas, conveyed to NPC Realty Co.,
described in deed recorded in Volume 694, Page 678, a 141.527 acre
tract; said portion being 141.082 acres out of the P. A. Holder
Survey, Abstract 297 and being rare fully described by metes
and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin found in the North right -of -way line
of Gattis School Road, said iron pin being the Southwest corner
of the P. A. Holder Survey, Abstract No. 297 and said 141.527

AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING THE HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED TERRITORY (A
PORTION OF THE GREENSLOPES AT LAKE CREEK SUBDIVISION) TO THE
CITY OF ROUND ROCK, WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS AND EXTENDING
THE BOUNDARY LIMITS OF SAID CITY SO AS TO INCLUDE SAID HERE-
INAFTER DESCRIBED PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS, AND GRANT-
ING TO SAID TERRITORY AND TO ALL FUTURE INHABITANTS OF SAID
PROPERTY ALL OF THE RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES OF OTHER CITIZENS
AND BINDING SAID FUTURE INHABITANTS BY ALL OF THE ACTS AND
ORDINANCES OF THE SAID CITY.
WHEREAS, a petition for annexation has been duly signed and acknowledged
by each and every person or corporation having an interest in the following de-
scribed territory, to wit:
Field Notes describing a portion of that certain tract of land
situated in Williamson County, Texas, conveyed to NPC Realty Co.,
described in deed recorded in Volume 694, Page 678, a 141„527 acre
tract; said portion being 141 „082 acres out of the P. A. Holder
Survey, Abstract 297 and being more fully described by metes
and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin found in the North right -of -way line
of Gattis School Road, said iron pin being the Southwest corner
of the P. A. Holder Survey, Abstract No. 297 and said 141.527
acre tract, also being the Southeast corner of the Wiley Harris
Survey, Abstract No. 298 and a 19.3 acre tract of land conveyed
to Angus C. Pearson by deed recorded in Volume 524, Page 360 of
said deed recrods, said iron pin being the most Southerly South-
west corner and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING hereof.

territory to the City of Round Rock, Texas;
