AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING THE HERE F ER'tESCRIBED TERRITORY
(CHISHOLM VALLEY WEST, SECTION 3) TO THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AND EXTENDING THE BOUNDARY LIMITS
OF SAID CITY SO AS TO INCLUDE SAID HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED
PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS, AND GRANTING TO SAID TERRI-
TORY AND TO ALL FUTURE INHABITANTS OF SAID PROPERTY ALL OF THE
RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES OF OTHER CITIZENS AND BINDING SAID FUTURE
INHABITANTS BY ALL OF THE ACTS AND ORDINANCES OF THE SAID CITY.
THENCE with the south line of the above said lot 1 North 69°
25' East, 120.00 feet to the place of BEGINNING, containing 30.11
acres of land.
THENCE North 20° 35' West, 357.77 feet to a steel pin found mark-
ing the southeast corner of lot 17 of Chisholm Valley West Section
1, same point being in the west line of Frontier Trail an existing
60.00 foot public street as shown on the above said Chisholm
Valley West Section 1 of record in Book 11, Page 73 Williamson
County, Texas Plat Records;
