AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING THE HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED TERRITORY (THE W.E.
LINDEMANN TRACT; 7.151 ACRES) THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, WILLIAMSON
COUNTY, TEXAS, AND EXTENDING THE BOUNDARY LIMITS OF SAID CITY SO AS
TO INCLUDE SAID HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY
LIMITS, AND GRANTING TO SAID THERITORY AND TO ALL FUTURE INHABITANTS
OF SAID PROPERTY ALL OF THE RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES TO OTHER CITIZENS
AND BINDING SAID FUTURE INHABITANTS BY ALL OF THE ACTS AND ORDINANCES
OF THE SAID CITY.
WHEREAS, a petition for annexation has been duly signed and acknowledged by
each and every person or corporation having an interest in the following described
territory, to gait:
FIELD NOTES describing a certain 7.151 acre tract or parcel of land,
being out of the Asa Thomas Survey, Abstract 609, situated in Williamson
County, Texas, said 7.151 acres being out of that original 22 acre tract
conveyed from Victor L. Stolle, et ux to Jos. C. Savage, et ux described
in a deed recroded in Volume 389, Page 154 of the Deed Records of Williamson
County,. Texas, and is more fully described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin found in the West right -of -way line of U.S.
Highay 81, said pin being in the South line of the Wiley Harris Survey,
Abstract 298, and the North line of the Asa Thomas Survey, Abstract 609,
said pin also being the Northeast corner of the aforesaid Jos. C. Savage
22 acre tract, and the Northeast corner of the tract herein described;
THENCE with the West right -of -way line of U.S. Highway 81 and the East
line of said 22 acre tract, South 02 55' 45" East, 916.77 feet to an iron
pin set at a Concrete Monument (Disturbed), said monument being an Easterly

Northwest corner of this tract;
