AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING THE HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED TERRITORY (THE T. L.
WRIGHT TRACT; 0.620 ACRES) TO THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, WILLIAMSON COUNTY,
TEXAS, AND EXTENDING THE BOUNDARY LIMITS OF SAID CITY SO AS TO INCLUDE
SAID HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS, AND GRANTING
TO SAID TERRITORY AND TO ALL FUTURE INHABITANTS OF SAID PROPERTY ALL OF
THE RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES OF OTHER CITIZENS AND BINDING SAID FUTURE
INHABITANTS BY ALL OF THE ACTS AND ORDINANCES OF THE SAID CITY.
WHEREAS, a petition for annexation has been duly signed and acknowledged by each
and every person or corporation having an interest in the following described territory, to wit:
BEING a 0.620 acre tract of land out of the Wiley Harris Survey, Abstract
No. 298 and situated in Williamson County, Texas, said 0.620 acre tract
being the Northeastern most portion of a 22 acre tract of land conveyed
to Elmer Hester and referred to as "First Tract" in a deed recorded in
Volume 236, Page 523 of the Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas,
said 0.620 acre tract being more particularly described by metes and
bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin found in the North right -of -way line of U.S.
Highway 79, same being the Southwest corner of a 4.585 acre tract of
land conveyed to Tom E. Nelson, Jr., Trustee by Billie Sue M. Henna
as described in a deed recorded in Volume 539, Page 129 of the Deed
Records of Williamson County, Texas, same being a point in the East
line of said 22 acre tract for the Southwest corner hereof;
THENCE along the North right -of -way line of said U.S. Highway 79, the
South line hereof, S78 15'W, 125.42 feet to an iron pin set at a Highway
concrete monument for the Southwest corner hereof;

hereof, S19 28'45 "E, 160.87 feet to the Place of Beginning and con-
