AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE "ZONING ORDINANCE" PASSED
AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND
ROCK, TEXAS, ON THE 2ND DAY OF OCTOBER, 1969, AMENDING
THE ZONING ORDINANCE MAP AND MAKING THIS AMENDMENT A
PART OF THE MAP OF THE ORIGINAL ORDINANCE: TO CHANGE
0.911 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, OUT OF THE 3.47 ACRE TRACT
IN THE DAVID CURRY SURVEY, WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS
DESCRIBED BELOW FROM "B -2" LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT
TO "I -1" LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT , AS
HEREINAFTER SET FORTH.

WHEREAS, an application has been made to the City Council of
the City of Round Rock, Texas, for the purpose of amending the
Zoning Ordinance from "B -2" Local Business District
to "I -1" Light Industrial District on the
property, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof, and
WHEREAS, the City.Council has submitted the proposed change in
the Zoning Ordinance to the City Planning and Zoning Commission for
its recommendation and report; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission has approved
the changing of said Zoning Ordinance on the above - described property
from "B -2" Local Business District to
"I -1" Light Industrial District , after holding
a public hearing thereon on the 16th day of November
19 78, that the Zoning Ordinance be amended so that the above - described
property be changed from "B -2" Local Business District
to "I -1" Light Industrial District ; and
WHEREAS, each and every requirement set forth in the Zoning
Ordinance concerning notices, hearings, and other procedural matters
have been fully complied with, now therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS:
That the Zoning Ordinance and the zoning map of the City of
Round Rock, Texas, be amended so that the property described in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof shall be and the
same is hereby removed from "B -2" Local Business District
to "I -1" Light Industrial District
(Mark through the following alternative that is not applicable.)
Alternative 1.
By motion duly made, seconded and passed with an affirmative
vote of all the Council members present, the requirement for
reading this ordinance on two separate days was dispensed with.

BEING 0.911 acres in the David Curry Survey, Abstract No..130
in Williamson County, Texas, and being out of and a part of a
tract of 3.47 acres described in a deed from Brushy Creek Builders
Inc., to William R. Kitts, deed of record in Vol. 555 , Page 552
of the Deed Records of 'Williamson County, Texas.
BEGINNING at an iron stake marking the. Northeast corner _. of the
above referred to 3.47 acre tract, and being the Northeast corner
hereof;
THc'TNCE S 71 ° 32''W, 26$.16 feet along the North boundary line of
the 3.47 acre tract to a steel pipe marking the Northwest corner
thereof and the Northwest corner hereof, said point also being;:
on the East R.O.W. line of U.S. Highway No. $1;
THENCE S 21 ° 37'E, 150.00 feet along the said East R.O.W, line
of U. S. Highway No. 81 to the Southwest corner hereof;
