AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE EXTENSION OF CERTAIN
BOUNDARY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS,
AND THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN TERRITORY CONSISTING
OF 30.761 ACRES OF LAND, WHICH SAID TERRITORY
LIES ADJACENT TO AND ADJOINS THE PRESENT BOUNDARY
LIMITS OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, a public hearing before the City Council of the
City of Round Rock, Texas, where all interested persons were provided
with an opportunity to be heard on the proposed annexation of the
property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof, was held on the 12th day of April
19 79 , which date is not more than twenty days nor less than ten days
prior to the institution of annexation proceedings; and
WHEREAS, notice of such public hearing was published in a
newspaper having general circulation in the City of Round Rock, Texas
on the 29th day of March , 19 79
which date is not more than twenty nor less than ten days prior to
the date of such public hearings; and
WHEREAS, the territory lies adjacent to and adjoins the
present boundaries of the City of Round Rock, Texas; and
WHEREAS, all requirements above described contains 30.761
acres; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS:
Section 1. The land and territory, described in Exhibit
"A ", which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, lying adjacent
to and adjoining the present boundaries of the City of Round Rock,
Texas is hereby added and annexed to the City of Round Rock, Texas,
and said territory hereinafter described shall hereafter be included
within the boundary limits of the City of Round Rock, Texas, and the
present boundary limits of such city, at the various points contiguous
to the area hereinafter described, are altered and amended so as to
include said area within the corporate limits of the City of Round
Rock, Texas.

Section 2. The above described territory and the area so
annexed shall be a part of the City of Round Rock, Texas, and the
inhabitants thereof, if any, shall be entitled to all of the rights
and privileges of all the citizens and shall be bound by the acts,
ordinances, resolutions and regulations of the City of Round Rock,
Texas.

FIELD NOTES FOR ANNEXATION OF THE REMAINDER OF ROUND ROCK NORTH
INDUSTRIAL PARK (30.761 ACRES)
Being a 30.761 acre tract adjacent to the North and East City Limits
of Round Rock, Williamson County, Texas, said tract being out of the
David Curry Survey, Abstract No. 130, and also being comprised of the
following tracts: the remaining portion of Round Rock North Industrial
Business Park, Section Two, a subdivision recorded in Volume 12, Page
84 of the Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas, and the remaining
portion of that certain tract conveyed to Brushy Slope Investment
Corporation, recorded in Volume 579, Page 480 of the Deed Records of
said County; said 30.761 acre tract being more fully described by
metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an ell corner in the North City Limits of Round Rock,
said point being at the intersection point of the Northeast corner
of the Round Rock North Industrial Business Park - Section Three,
a Right -of -Way Plat recorded in Cabinet D, Slide 86 of the Plat Records
of Williamson County, Texas, and the most Westerly Northwest corner
of Chandler Creek Industrial Park - Section One, a Right -of -Way Plat
recorded in Cabinet D, Slide 84 of the Plat Records of said County,
for the POINT OF BEGINNING and the Southeast corner of the herein
described 30.761 acre tract of land;
THENCE S70 °51'50 "E, 1,319.97 feet along the North City Limits, also
being the North margin of Texas Avenue, a dedicated street shown on
Record Plats of said Round Rock North Industrial Business Park -
Section Two and Three, to the intersection point of said North margin
of Texas Avenue and the East City Limits;
THENCE N19 °09'W, 1,021.95 feet along the East City Limits, as it
passes through said Round Rock North Industrial Business Park -
Section Two to the intersection point of the North line of said
Round Rock North Industrial Business Park - Section Two and said East
City Limits;
THENCE N70 °52'15 "E, 1,302.58 feet along the North line of said Round
Rock North Industrial Business Park - Section Two, passing the inter-
section point of the Northeast corner of said Round Rock North Indus-
trial Business Park - Section Two and the Northwest corner of said
Brushy Slope Investment Corporation tract and continuing along the
North line of said Brushy Slope Investment Corporation tract to the
intersection point of said North line and an ell corner of the North
City Limits;
THENCE S20 °07'30 "E along the City Limits passing an ell corner of
said Brushy Slope Investment Corporation, also being the Northwest
corner of a 26.371 acre tract conveyed to Texas Real Estate Development,
