This Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to "City of Round Rock Agreement for Architectural
Services" for City of Round Rock Public Library Project is made by and between the City of Round
Rock, Texas (hereinafter referred to as the "City"), and PGAL, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as
"Architect").
WHEREAS, the City and Architect executed the referenced Agreement (hereinafter referred to
as the "Agreement") on January 25, 2018 for provision of professional architectural services and design
services related to the following:
Construction of a new City of Round Rock Public Library. Professional services for this
Project shall include, but not be limited to, Schematic Design, Design Development,
Construction Documents, Bidding Phase and Construction Observation.
WHEREAS, the City and Architect also executed accompanying Supplemental Agreement No. 1
on the same date; and
WHEREAS, the City and Architect executed accompanying Supplemental Agreement No. 2 on
July 25, 2019 expanding the Scope of Services and adding additional fees; and
WHEREAS, it has now become necessary to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to add new
services to the Scope of Services, said services relating to an expanded scope of services and to add new
fees relating thereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, premises considered, the City and Architect agree that said Agreement is
amended as follows:

The Scope of Services shall be amended as set forth in the attached Amended Exhibit "A,"
incorporated herein by reference for all purposes.

Section 1.1.2.4 of the Agreement shall be amended by addition of the following:
The Fee Schedule relative to this Agreement shall show:
(1) An increase for Professional Services in the amount of $49,200.00 to the not -to -exceed
amount of $2,874,780.00, for a new not -to -exceed amount of $2,923,980.00, and such
increase is in payment for the amended Scope of Services by this Supplemental Agreement
No. 3; and
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City and Architect have executed this Supplemental Agreement
No. 3 in duplicate originals.

PGAL Contingency Adjustment - January 2022 - Revised Subconsultant Services
CITY OF ROUND ROCK PUBLIC LIBRARY
This Contingency Adjustment is made as of the date above between PGAL (the
"Architect") and the City of Round Rock (the "Client") for the City of Round Rock Public
Library (the "Project").
This Contingency Adjustment incorporates the additionaL project scope and services of
the Architect described herein into the Agreement Between Client and Architect dated
January 25, 2018 for this project (hereinafter referred to as the "Original Agreement").
l.O ADDITIONAL PROJECT SCOPE and SERIVCES
The Project includes the foLLowing additional scope and services:
1.1 Extended Construction Administration: Given the duration of construction
(construction start in May 2021 and completion in December 2022) and the
extensive effort during construction for site visits, OAC meetings, and
RFI/submittal/change-order coordination, PGAL wiLL continue to provide
extended high level of service construction administration services. This Line
item accounts for these efforts thru August 2022.
1.2 On -Site Mock Up Review Visits: At the City's request for increased
commissioning services, PGAL and 720 Design have/will attend on -site interior
finishes mock-ups and/or installations to verify quality and product accuracy.
After coordination with Hensel Phelps, the anticipated mock-up visits count has
been planned as follows: PGAL: 3 site visits; 720 Design: 3 site visits / 2 staff
members
1.3 Enhanced Furniture Coordination: At the City's request to increase
assistance in the furniture install and move in, 720 Design will increase their
coordination/field visit effort. Site visits wiLL increase from previously
contracted 2 visits to 4 visits (with 2 staff members). 720 Design will provide
weekly coordination virtual meetings for the final. 6 weeks of project furniture
install and move -in.
2.0 PROFESSIONAL FEES
The Client shaLL compensate the Architect as follows:
2.1 Increase for Extended Construction Administration: $28,000.00
2.2 Increase for On -Site Mock Review Visits:
PGAL - 3 visits: $5,000
720 Design - 3 visits: $6,400
.3 Increase for Enhanced Furniture Construction Administration:
720 Design. $9,800.00
TOTAL: $49,200

At the request of the Building Construction Division, PGAL has proposed cost to include extended
construction administration, on -site mock up review, and enhanced furniture coordination for the Round
Rock Public Library project. To better aid in the completion of the project, PGAL's professional presence is
desired to be on -site to work the Hensel Phelps to verify placement of work in accordance with the
construction documents and aid in changes to the work in an expeditious manner. Once construction is
complete and furniture installation starts, the Building Construction Division has requested 720 design to
be on -site to help coordinate furniture installation.
Cost: $49,200.00
