LO A5 AN ORDINANCE ADDING TO THE "ZONING ORDINANCE" PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, ON THE 2ND DAY OF OCTOBER, 1969, ADDING TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE MAP AND MAKING THIS ADDITION A PART OF THE MAP OF THE ORIGINAL ZONING ORDINANCE BY ADDING CERTAIN NEWLY ANNEXED PROPERTY TO -WIT: WHEREAS, an application has been made to the City Council of the City of Round Rock, Texas, for the purpose of providing permanent zoning of newly annexed property described in Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the City Council has submitted the proposed designation of permanent zoning to the City Planning and Zoning Commission for its recommendation and report; and WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission has approved the designation of permanent zoning for the above - described property of "I -1" Light Industrial District , after holding a public hearing therein on the 17th day of May 19 79, that the above - described property be given a permanent zoning designation of "I -1" Light Industrial District ; and WHEREAS, each and every requirement set forth in the statutes of the State of Texas and in the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Round Rock, concerning notices, hearings, and other procedural matters has been fully complied with; NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, THAT: An addition be made to the Zoning Ordinance and zoning map of the City of Round Rock, Texas, so that the property described in Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and made a part hereof, shall be and the same is permanently zoned "I -1" Light Industrial District (Mark through the following alternative that is not applicable.) Alternative 1. By motion duly made, seconded and passed with an affirmative vote of all the Council members present, the requirement for reading this ordinance on two separate days was dispensed with. Bradford (trustee), of record in Volume 574, Page 390 of the Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas. Surveyed on the ground in the month of June, 1973, by Don H.
