SONSHINE BUS SALES ANNEXATION ZONING

ANALYSIS: This tract contains one business activity of bus sales.
FACTUAL CONSIDERATIONS AND PROPOSED FINDINGS:
Accordance with the General Plan. This zoning is occurring in conjunction with
implementation of the current annexation plan. By location and use, this
area requires business zoning. Specifically "B -2" would accommodate bus
sales as a conforming use.
Staff Proposal: To recommend B -2 Local Business District zoning for the subject tract.
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL:
MOTION: Carter moved to recommend to the City Council to zone the Sonshine Bus
Sales Tract Annexation to B -2 Local Business District. Perez seconded
the motion.
VOTE: The motion carried unanimously 8 -0.
