O-80-645 - 2/28/1980`1) gin±1 tk. 3- WHEREAS, an application has been made to the City Coun- cil of the City of Round Rock, Texas, for the purpose of providing permanent zoning of newly annexed property de- scribed in Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the City Council has submitted the proposed designation of permanent zoning to the City Planning and Zoning Commission for its recommendation and report; and WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission on the 21st day of February , 1980, held a public hearing to consider the designation of permanent zoning for the above - described property, and has approved and recommended to the City Cou.ncil on the 21st day of February , 1980, that the Official Zoning Map be amended so that the above - described property be given a permanent zoning designation of "B -1" General Business District, with certain express limitations, and ORDINANCE N0. 1 9445 -- p 7 AN ORDINANCE ADDING TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP PASSED AND ADOPTED IN CHAPTER 11, SECTION 2.E.(2) OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, ADDING TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND MAKING THIS ADDITION A PART OF THE OFFICIAL MAP BY ADDING CERTAIN NEWLY ANNEXED PROPERTY TO -WIT: WHEREAS, said express limitations deal with limiting access to Summit Street which limitations are deemed neces- sary in order to protect the health, safety, morals and the general welfare of the community, and WHEREAS, each and every requirement set forth in the statutes of the State of Texas and in the Code of Ordinances of the City of Round Rock, concerning notices, hearings, and other procedural matters have been fully complied with; NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, THAT: An addition be made to the Official Zoning Map of the City of Round Rock, Texas, so that the property described in Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and made a part hereof, shall be and the same is permanently zoned "B -1" General Business District, subject to the limitations contained in paragraph 11 herein. I1. In the event that the property is developed for uses other than those authorized in the "R -1" Single Family Resi- dential District, no access from the property to Summit Street shall be allowed.
