ANNEXATION OR CITY LIMITS EXTENSION PETITION
TO THE MAYOR AND GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS.
The undersigned owners of the hereinafter described tract of
land, which is vacant and without residents, or on which less than
three (3) qualified voters reside, hereby petition your Honorable
Body to extend the present city limits so as to include as a part of
the City of Round Rock, Texas, the following described territory,
to -wit:
(see Exhibit "A ")
We certify that the above described tract of land is contiguous
and adjacent to the City of Round Rock, Texas, and that this petition
is signed and duly acknowledged by each and every person or corporation

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE EXTENSION OF CERTAIN
BOUNDARY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS,
AND THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN TERRITORY CONSISTING
OF 4.000 ACRES OF LAND, WHICH SAID TERRITORY
LIES ADJACENT TO AND ADJOINS THE PRESENT BOUNDARY
LIMITS OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, a public hearing before the City Council of the City
of Round Rock, Texas, where all interested persons were provided with an
opportunity to be heard on the proposed annexation of the property de-
scribed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, was held on
the 12th day of March , 19 81 which date is not more
than twenty days nor less than ten days prior to the institution of annexa-
tion proceedings; and
WHEREAS, notice of such public hearing was published in a newspaper
having general circulation in the City of Round Rock, Texas, on the 26th
day of February , 19 81 , which date is not more than twenty nor less
than ten days prior to the date of such public hearing; and
WHEREAS, the territory lies adjacent to and adjoins the present
boundaries of the City of Round Rock, Texas; and
WHEREAS, all requirements of the laws of the State of Texas and
the Home Rule Charter of the City of Round Rock have been complied with;
WHEREAS, the territory above described contains 4.000 acres;
now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS:
Section 1. The land and territory, described in Exhibit "A ",
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, lying adjacent to and
adjoining the present boundaries of the City of Round Rock, Texas, is
hereby added and annexed to the City of Round Rock, Texas, and said terri-
tory hereinafter described shall hereafter be included within the boundary
limits of the City of Round Rock, Texas, and the present boundary limits
of such city, at the various points contiguous to the area hereinafter
described, are altered and amended so as to include said area within the
corporate limits of the City of Round Rock, Texas.

inhabitants thereof, if any, shall be entitled to all of the rights

FIELD NOTES describing a 4.000 acre tract or parcel of land, out of the
David Curry Survey, Abstract No. 130, situated in Williamson County,
Texas, being a portion of the remainder of that certain 169.43 acre
tract conveyed to Theron Bradford by deed recorded in Volume 574, Page
390 of the Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas, and being more
particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin set in the South line of the remainder of said
Bradford tract, being the North line of that certain 55.57 acre tract
of land conveyed to BJ- HUGHES, INC. by deed recorded in Volume 706,
Page 851 of said Deed Records, also being the Southwest corner of said
