AND THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN TERRITORY CONSISTING
OF 23.826 ACRES OF LAND, WHICH SAID TERRITORY
LIES ADJACENT TO AND ADJOINS THE PRESENT BOUNDARY
LIMITS OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS.

WHEREAS, a public hearing before the City Council of the City
of Round Rock, Texas, where all interested persons were provided with an
opportunity to be heard an the proposed annexation of the property de-
scribed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, was held on
, 19 81 , which date is.not more
than twenty days nor less than ten days prior to the institution of annexa-
tion proceedings; and
WHEREAS, notice of such public hearing was published in a newspaper
having general circulation in the City of Round Rock, Texas, on the 27th
day of July , 19 81 , which date is not more than twenty nor less
than ten days prior to the date of such public hearing; and
WHEREAS, the territory lies adjacent to and adjoins the present
boundaries of the City of Round Rock, Texas; and
WHEREAS, all requirements of the laws of the State of Texas and
the Home Rule Charter of the City of Round Rock have been complied with;
WHEREAS, the territory above described contains 23.826 acres;
now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS:
Section 1. The land arid territory, described in Exhibit "A ",
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, lying adjacent to and
adjoining the present boundaries of the City of Round Rock, Texas, is
hereby added and annexed to the City of Round Rock, Texas, and said terri-
tory hereinafter described shall hereafter be included within the boundary
limits of the City of Round Rock, Texas, and the present boundary limits
of such city, at the various points contiguous to the area hereinafter
described, are altered and amended so as to include said area within the
corporate limits of the City of Round Rock, Texas.

Section 2. The above described territory and the area so
annexed shall be a part of the City of Round Rock, Texas, and the
inhabitants thereof, if any, shall be entitled to all of the rights
and privileges of all the citizens and shall be bound by the acts,
ordinances, resolutions and regulations of the City of Round Rock,
Texas.

being 2.90 acres out of the George W. Glasscock Survey, Ab-
stract No. 267, and 20.926 acres out of the David Curry Sur-
vey, Abstract No. 130, situated in Williamson County, Texas,
being a 13.00 acre portion of that certain Tract One, and all
of that certain Tract Three conveyed to Sunrise Vista Ven-
