WHEREAS, a public hearing before the City Council of the City of Round Rock, Texas, where all interested persons were provided with an opportunity to be heard on the proposed annexation of the property de- scribed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, was held on the 13th day of August , 19 81 , which date is not more than twenty days nor less than ten days prior to the institution of annexa- tion proceedings; and WHEREAS, notice of such public hearing was published in a newspaper having general circulation in the City of Round Rock, Texas, on the 27th day of July , 19 81 , which date is not more than twenty nor less than ten days prior to the date of such public hearing; and WHEREAS, the territory lies adjacent to and adjoins the present boundaries of the City of Round Rock, Texas; and WHEREAS, all requirements of the laws of the State of Texas and the Home Rule Charter of the City of Round Rock have been complied with; UHEREAS, the territory above described contains 393.88 acres; now therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS: Section 1.
