AN ORDINANCE ADDING TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP PASSED
AND ADOPTED IN CHAPTER 11, SECTION 2.E.(2) OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, ADDING TO
THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND MAKING THIS ADDITION A PART
OF THE OFFICIAL MAP BY ADDING CERTAIN NEWLY ANNEXED
PROPERTY TO -WIT:
WHEREAS, an application has been made to the City Council of
the City of Round Rock, Texas, for the purpose of providing permanent
zoning of newly annexed property described in Exhibit "A ", attached hereto
and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has submitted the proposed designation
of permanent zoning to the City Planning and Zoning Commission for its
recommendation and report; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission on the 19th
day of March 1981 , held a public hearing to consider the
designation of permanent zoning for the above - described property, and
has approved and recommended to the City Council on the 19th day of
March , 19 81, that the Official Zoning Map be amended so that
the above- described property be given a permanent zoning designation of
"I -1" Light Industrial District ; and
WHEREAS, each and every requirement set forth in the statutes
of the State of Texas and in the Code of Ordinances of the City of Round
Rock, concerning notices, hearings, and other procedural matters have been
fully complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS, THAT:
An addition be made to the Official Zoning Map of the City of
Round Rock, Texas, so that the property described in Exhibit "A ", attached
hereto and made a part hereof, shall be and the same is permanently zoned
"I -1" Light Industrial District
(Mark through the following alternative that is not applicable.)
Alternative 1.
By motion duly made, seconded, and passed with an affirmative
vote of all the Council members present, the requirement for reading this
ordinance on two separate days was dispensed with.

OUT OF THE DAVIO CURRY SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 130
FIELD NOTES describing a 4.000 acre tract or parcel of land, out of the
David Curry Survey, Abstract No. 130, situated in Williamson County,
Texas, being a portion of the remainder of that certain 169.43 acre
tract conveyed to Theron Bradford by deed recorded in Volume 574, Page
390 of the Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas, and being more
particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin set in the South line of the remainder of said
Bradford tract, being the North line of that certain 55.57 acre tract
of land conveyed to BJ- HUGHES, INC. by deed recorded in Volume 706,
Page 851 of said Deed Records, also being the Southwest corner of said
31.362 acre tract, for the Southeast corner and POINT OF BEGINNING of
the hereinafter described 4.000 acre tract;
THENCE along Hughes North line, for the South line hereof; S71 ° 06'W,
307.35 feet to an iron pin set for the Southwest corner hereof;
THENCE departing said Hughes North line, for the West line hereof,
N11 °30'W, 574.79 feet to an iron pin set in the South right -of -way line
of a proposed sixty (60) foot roadway for the Northwest corner hereof;
THENCE along said proposed South right -of -way line, for the North line
hereof, the following three (3) courses:
1) N71 ° 06'E, 248.80 feet to an iron pin set for a Point of Curvature
hereof;
2) along the arc of a curve to the right having elements of delta =
51 ° 19'04 ", radius = 20.00 feet, tangent = 9.61 feet, arc = 17.91 feet,
chord and chord bearing = 17.32 feet, S83 ° 14'30 "E, to an iron pin set
for a Point of Reverse Curvature hereof;
3) along the arc of a curve to the left having elements of delta
43 ° 55'04 ", radius = 60.00 feet, tangent = 24.19 feet, arc = 45.99 feet,
chord and chord bearing = 44.87 feet, S79 ° 32'30 "E, to an iron pin set
in the West line of said 31.362 acre tract, being S11 ° 30'E, 60.00 feet
from the Northwest corner of said 31.362 acre tract, for the Northeast
corner hereof;
THENCE along said West line, for the East line hereof, S11 ° 30'E, 545.04
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described tract, contain-
ing 4.000 acres of land more or less.

that these field notes and attached plat accurately represent the re-
sults of an on- the - ground survey made under my direction and supervi-
